Terms of use
Last updated: 8 October 2026
By using Game Atlas, by Interloper Studios, you agree to these terms.
The app and your archive
The Cartridge plan is free and does not expire. Your archive's content is yours; we claim no rights over it.
Paid plans
Memory Card and Multitap are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Golden Cartridge is a one-time, lifetime purchase. Purchases made on the App Store or Google Play also follow that store's terms and refund rules.
Licences and keys
Keys and licence files sold outside the stores are personal and non-transferable, valid for the plan and number of people stated, and may be revoked in case of fraud or chargeback.
When a subscription ends
If a subscription ends, the paid features stop; your archive and Cartridge keep working. Nothing is deleted.
Warranty
The app is provided as is. Keep exports of your archive; we do our best so nothing is lost, but we are not liable for losses caused by device failure.
